Tim Retzik RKC - Head trainer



TIM RETZIK RKC
Tim, in addition to being a CrossFit trainer is also a RKC. Flatirons CrossFit is the combination of both CrossFit and kettlebell training. Tim has a background in martial arts and is currently a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He enjoys competing in just about anything, but Tactical Strength Challenges and International Jiu-Jitsu tournaments are how he spends his spare time. In the past year he has begun to incorporate Kettlebell training into CrossFit workouts and is pleased how they compliment the CrossFit program and likes their Pre-habilitative as well as their rehabilitative value. Training is more than just physical fitness. It is "mental" fitness as well. If you don't know what this means, try one of Tim's workouts and this will become painfully obvious: I promise. Tim's motto is simple- "Train like your life depends on it because it does."
